1. Discussion of STATUTORY AND CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS outlined on
Thursday, April 14th agenda.
2. Strategic Issue No. 25, Youth at Risk, Ends Statements Health and
laic Safety and Education/Information -- Discuss and update the
council of future plans for the High School and Jr. High School Resource
Officer.
3. Strategic Issue No. 18, Solid Waste Disposal and Issue No. 27,
Revenue Resources, Ends Statement, Cost of service based fees --
Presentation regarding commercial sanitation rates.
4. Presentation of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the Fiscal
Year ended September 30, 1993.
5. Strategic Issue No. 3, Community Appearance -- Community
Appearance Committee wishes to bring forth some proposals for
discussion with council related to upgrading standards dealing with
appearance in our community.
6. Approval of appointment of citizen committee to work on social services
audit.
7 Discussion of implementing the University Drive "overlay" district standards
on FM 2818 from East Bypass to city limits.
8. COMMITTEE REPORTS
Opportunity for Council liaison or chairman of citizen committees to provide
status of committee activities.
9. COUNCIL CALENDARS
Opportunity to coordinate future meeting calendars.
