AN ORDINANCE (BUDGET AMENDMENT 1) AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2409
WHICH WILL AMEND THE BUDGET FOR THE 1999-2000 FISCAL YEAR AND
AUTHORIZING AMENDED EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
WHEREAS. a budget for the fiscal year October 1. 1999 to September 30. 2000. was prepared

WHEREAS. on June 8, 2000. the Council called a public hearing tbr June 22. 2000. and notice
of such hearing was published in the nex~spaper on June 15. 2000. in compliance with the
Charter of the City of College Station:
WHEREAS. a public hearing was held on June 22. 2000. and at said hearing the Council
received a recommendation to amend the budget:
WHEREAS. the Cit3 Council has detemfined to amend the 1099-2000 Fiscal Year Budget: no',*,',
therefore.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION.
TEXAS:
Part I:
That the amended expenditures budgeted for fiscal year 1999-2000 for
the General Fund is $27.881,672 and for the Utility Funds is
$62,533.545. and for the Internal Ser'~ice Funds is $6.206.858, and for
the Parking Enterprise Fund is $160,286, and for the Brazos Valley
Solid Waste Management Agency is $5,082.641, and
Part II:
This ordinance shall become effectixe fi'om and after its date of
passage in accordance with the City Charter of the City of College
Station. Texas.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this the 22"d day of June. 2000.
