1. Discussion of STATUTORY AND CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS outlined on
Thursday, November 11 th agenda.
2. Presentation of United Way totals and recognition of most improved
department.
3. Discussion of Annexation Policies.
4. Presentation of the Five -Year Consolidated Comprehensive Housing
Affordability Strategy (CHAS) for Bryan and College Station.
5. Committee Reports:
Opportunity for Council liaison or chairman of citizen committees to
provide status of committee activities.
6. Council Calendars:
Opportunity to coordinate future meeting calendars.

Where it is determined by the City Council that there is a need for
