Presentation of United Way totals and recognition of most improved department. 3. Discussion of Annexation Policies. 4. Presentation of the Five -Year Consolidated Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy (CHAS) for Bryan and College Station. 5. Committee Reports: Opportunity for Council liaison or chairman of citizen committees to provide status of committee activities. 6.
