AN ORDINANCE RENAMING A STREET WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF COLLEGE
STATION FROM SCHAFFER ROAD TO HIBISCUS STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
PART 1:
That the street heretofore 'known as "Schaffer Road", being within the
corporate City limits of the City of College Station, being in its entirety in
City ROW from Graham Road to Arnold Road. and more particularly
depicted on the attached Exhibit "A", shall hereafter be named Hibiscus
Street.
PART 2:
A new street within the platted subdivision of Sun Meadows, being within
the corporate City limits of the City of College Station. being in its entirety
in City ROW from Graham Road to Arnold Road. and more particularly
depicted on the attached Exhibit "A", shall hereafter be named Schaffer
Road.
PART 2:
That this ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days after its date of
passage by the City Council, as provided by Section 35 of the Charter of
the City of College Station.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 14th day of June
