A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT SUBORDINATING A LIEN TO THE
FIRST BANK OF SNOOK.
WHEREAS, the City of College Station, Texas, has a lien in effect against 1205
and 1207 Georgia Street in College Station; and
WHEREAS, the owner of that property desires to sell the property to another
purchaser; and
WHEREAS, the buyer of the property understands the lien obligations and is
willing to accept those program requirements; therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
PART 1: Approves and authorizes the execution of the Subordination
Agreement to facilitate the sell and purchase of the above
referenced property.
PART 2: That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its
passage.
