REGULAR MEETING & PARK TOUR " 6:30 PM

Members Present: Jodi Warner, Chair; Gary Erwin; Harry Green; Gary Thomas;
Kathleen Ireland; Jody Ford, Joan Perry, Shawn Rhodes
Members Absent: John Crompton
Visitors: None Present
1. Call to order. Jodi Warner, Chair called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
2. Welcome and swearing in of new and reappointed Parks and
Recreation Advisory Board Members. Wanda Mason with the City
Secretary's Office administered the Oath of Office to the new (Joan Perry,
Shawn Rhodes, Jody Ford) and the reappointed members (Gary Thomas, Jodi
Warner, Kathleen Ireland).
3. Possible action and pardon concerning requests for absences of
members. John Crompton had submitted a request for absence. Gary
Thomas moved to accept the request. Harry Green seconded the motion and
the vote was called. All were in favor and the request was approved.
4. Discussion and site tour of Park facilities, to include but not limited to
Edelweiss Gartens Park, Pebble Creek Park, Wolf Pen Creek Multi-
purpose buildings, Lincoln Center/W.A. Tarrow Spray Park, and
Veterans Park and Athletic Complex. The Board left the EXIT in order to
take a site tour of various park facilities. This was an informational tour only
and no action was taken.
5. Adjourn. Kathleen Ireland moved to adjourn. Joan Perry seconded the
motion. The vote was called. All were in favor and the meeting adjourned at
8:35 p.m.
