AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 12, "UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE,"
SECTION 4 2, "OFFICIAL ZONING MAP." OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF COLLEGE STATION. TEXAS. BY CHANGING THE ZONING DISTRICT
BOUNDARIES AFFECTING CERTAIN PROPERTIES AS DESCRIBED BELOW.
DECLARING A PENALTY, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION.
TEXAS
PART I
That Chapter 12, 'bUnified Development O~dmance." Section 4 2. "Official Zoning
Map," of the Code of Ordinances of the C~ty of College Station, Texas. be amended
as set ont m Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance lbr all
purposes

That any person, firm. or corporauon x,olating an3 of the provisioqs of tMs chapter
shall be deemed greif) of a m~sdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be
punishable by a fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars {.$25 001 nor more than Two
Thousand Dollars {.$2.000 00} Each da3 such wolatlon shall continue or be
pemfitted to continue, shall be deemed a separate offense Smd Ordinance, being a
penal ordmance, becomes effective ten {10} days alter its date of passage by the C~ty
Council, as provided by Section 34 of the Charter of the City of College Station.

The following property is rezoned from A-O Agricultural Open to R-I Single Family:
BEING ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING
SITUATED IN THE ROBERT STEVENSON SURVEY, A-54, IN COLLEGE
STATION. BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS AND BEING ALL OF LOTS 4 AND 5 BALD
PRAIRIE SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 321. PAGE 571 AND A
PORTION OF THE RENEE LANE RIGHT-OF-WAY AS DEDICATED TO THE
PUBLIC IN VOLUME 321. PAGE 571 AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY

SUBDIVISION as recorded in Volume 321, Page 571 and a portion ofthe RENEE LANE RIGHT-
OF-WAY as dedicated to the public in Volume 32 I, Page 571 and being more particularly described
by metes and bounds as follows
