This is to certify that Bill L. Giles worke- for ?exas Instruments
as a journeymen electrician from June 2, 1969 to September 1, 1971
under my supervision. At that time I was superintendent of new con-
struction at the Stafford plant.
All of my electricians were engaged in new construction, consisting
of power, lighting and motor control installations necessary for the
uilding of a very complex plant. They were required by the city of
Stafford to be licensed as journeymen.
F,lectrical work for this plant was performed under the direct
supervision and license of a master electrician employed by Texas
Instruments for the purpose. permits, fees and all inspections
arranged between the master, Texas Instruments and the City of Stafford.
