I hereby certify that the above statements are true and
hereby make application to the City of College Station for
the privilege of taking the qualifying examination for a
Master Electrician's License, for which I attach a $50.00
examination fee. Said fee shall be refundable if the
Examining Board denies applicant the privilege of taking the
examination because of qualifications or experience being
unacceptable. Failure to appear for the examination, when
so informed, shall result in forfeiture of the $50.00
examination fee.
