NOTICE OF SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given to all interested members of the public that the Board of Directors
of the above captioned District will hold a special public meeting at 4121 State Hwy 6 South,
College Station, Brazos County, Texas 77845, said address being a meeting place of the District.
The meeting will be held on Monday, October 18, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. The City Council of
College Station, Texas may or may not attend the Public Meeting. The Board shall consider
and discuss the following matters and take any action appropriate with respect to such matters:
Public comments;
2. Review and approve minutes of the August 12, 2021, Board of Directors meeting;
3. Bookkeeper's Report, including authorizing the payment of invoices presented;
4. Tax Assessor/Co I lector's Report;
5. Conduct public hearing regarding adoption of the District's proposed 2021 tax rate;
6. Levy of the District's 2021 debt service and maintenance tax rates and the adoption of an
Order in connection therewith;
7. Approval and execution of Amendment to District Information Form relative to the
District's 2021 tax rate;
Review and approve audit for fiscal year ended May 30, 2021;
Review and approve continuing disclosure report (due November 30, 2021);
10. Engineering Report, including:
a. Authorizing the design and/or advertisement for bids for construction of facilities
within the District, approving of related storm water plans, including:
1) Status of design of Lakeway Drive Reserve Phase 200;
b. Authorizing the award of or concurrence in award of contracts for the construction
of facilities within the District, authorizing acceptance of TEC Form 1295, and
approval of any storm water permits;
C. Status of construction of facilities to serve land within the District, including the
approval of any pay estimates and/or change orders and authorize acceptance of
Form 1295, including:
1) Irrigation for Phase I Park Development by Green Teams, Inc.;
2) Midtown Subdivision Reserve Phase 106 by Green Prairie Investors, Ltd.; and
3) Midtown Reserve Subdivision Phase 107 by Greens Prairie Investors, Ltd.;
d. Acceptance of site and/or easement conveyances for facilities constructed or to be
constructed for the District, and acceptance of facilities for operation and
maintenance purposes, including:
1) Special Warranty Deed(s) conveying various recreational sites to the District;
and
e. Status of acceptance by the City of College Station ("City") of streets for
maintenance;
11. Developer's Report;
12. Attorney's Report, including approval of Order Establishing Office Outside the District;
and
13. Matters for possible placement on future agendas.
