Restroom Usage:
• Restrooms are located at 310 Church Avenue. The public restrooms are cleaned daily by a city

a sink with warm water and soap to wash your hands. A heated dryer is available to dry your
hands.
Water:
• Due to COVID-19, you must bring your own water bottles. Please make sure you bring an
adequate amount of water as we will not be supplying any. We absolutely do not recommend
sharing water with other Community Service Workers. Stay hydrated when you are on duty.
Possessions:
• Leave your wallets and purses in your car, out of sight from public view. Lock your vehicles.
While on Duty:
• Don’t play with tools in an unsafe manner.

are found.
• Do not attempt to pick up something that is too heavy for you.
• Do not take any risks attempting to retrieve litter in unreasonable places (up a tree, down a steep
incline, in rapidly flowing water, on slippery surfaces, etc.).
• Stay clear of traffic. Do not attempt to collect litter from the middle of heavily trafficked streets. Use
common sense when it comes to traffic safety.
• Interfering with traffic will not be tolerated.
• Avoid rocky, steep, or unstable surfaces.
• Avoid stinging/biting insects (i.e., wasp nests).
• Do not pick up glass with bare hands or gloves. Use a trash grabber or broom & dustpan.

bursting.
• Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited while participating in this program.
