gaged in soliciting o~

basis within the city
limits. Persons selling
flowers and hats along
the roadways prior to
the football games are
included in this group.
Each person who sells
or takes orders must
have a permit.
App!ication for this
permit may be made at
the City Hall in Col-
lege Station. The hours
are weekdays, 8 a.m. to
5 p.
