Sandlin; Chief of Police Joe Ellisor; Fire Chief Keith Langford; Jack Cor- nish, director of Public Works; Holland Winder, city engineer; Calvin Beard, electrical produc- tion superintendent; Hazel Rich- ardson, librarian; Lucille Dough- erty, accountant; and Larry Locke, deputy tax accessor.
