Chairperson Roberts opened the public hearing.
Applicant, Anand Agarwala, spoke in favor of the variance request.
John Clark, 3828 South College Avenue, Bryan Texas, spoke in favor of the variance request.
Chairperson Roberts closed the public hearing.
There was a general discussion amongst the Board,
