AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10. "TRAFFIC CODE", OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION. TEXAS, BY AMENDING
CERTAIN SECTIONS AS SET OUT BELOW. PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
DECLARING A PENALTY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS'
PART I:
PART 2.
That Chapter 10, "Traffic Code", of thc Code of Ordinances o£ the C~ty o£
College Station, Texas, be amended as set out in Exhibit "A", attached hero and
made a part of this ordinance For all purposes
That il'any provisions of'any section of'this ordinance shall be held to be void or
unconstitutional, such holding shall in no way effect the validity o£ the remaining
provisions or sections or this ordinance, which shall remain in fi~ll £oree and
effect
PART 3.
That any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this
chapter shall be deemed liable for a civil offense and, upon a finding of liability
thereof, shall be punished by a civil penalty of not less than One Dollar ($1.001
nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Said Ordinance, being a penal
ordinance, becomes effective ten ¢10I days after its publication in the newspaper.

That Chapter 10, "Traffic Code". Section 4 E(3)(b), "NO PARKING ANYTIME", of the Code
of Ordinances of the C,ty of College Station, Texas. is hereby amended, by adding paragraphs
(xxxvi) and (xxxvii) as set out hereafter to read as follows.
(xxxv0 "On the west side of Nueces Drive, it'om ,ts ~ntersection with Guadalupe Drive
and extend,ng north 350 feet."
(xxxv,i) "On the west s~de of Nueces Drive. beginning 445 feet north of Guadalupe Drive
and exteod,ng north I.~0 feet."
That Chapter I0. "Traffic Code", Section 4.E(3)(c), "TWO-HOUR PARKING 8:00 a.m. - 5'00
p m MONDAY - FRIDAY", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of College Station. Texas. is
hereby amended, by add,ng section and paragraph (,ii) as set out hereafter to read as follows:

"On the north/east side of Nueces Drive. from its intersection with Guadalupe
Drive and extending to its intersection with Welsh Avenue"
