RE: Electric Franchise between the Cities of Bryan and College Station
Dear Sherry:

Attached please find a copy of the fully executed electric franchise ordinance between the Cities
of Bryan and College Station along with an original letter from Mayor Bienski regarding the
provisions of Section 18 of the ordinance, whereby stating the City of Bryan shall, within thirty
days from the date the Franchise takes effect, file with the Secretary of College Station a written
statement signed in its name and behalf of the City of Bryan.
To my knowledge, each City has an original executed ordinance, however I wanted the letter to
be attached to the franchise ordinance for clarification.
