ORDINANCE NO, 2767
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATTON. TEXAS. BY AMENDING THE THOROUGHFARE PLAN, FOR
THE AREA GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS BEING IN THE VICINITY OF GREENS
PRAIRIE ROAD AND PEBBLE CREEK PARKWAY, PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY
CLAUSE. DECLARING A PENALTY: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS,

That the "Comprehensive Platt of Ihe CI<y of College Station" be amended by
amending the "Thoroughfare Plan" as shown In "E,hibil A-I ". fOT the identified
area and made a part of IhlS ordinance for all purposes
That if any proVisions of any seCIIOtt of this ordinance shall be held to be VOId or
uttconstllullonal. stich holding shall in ttO way effect the validi<y of the remaining
proVisions or secllons of Ihis ordinance, which shall remam in full force and
effect
That any peTson. finn. OT corporation vlolatmg any of the prOVISions of this
chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. and UPOtt conviclion thereof
shall be punishable by a fine of not less than Twenly-five Dollars ($25 00) nor
more Ihan Two Thousand Dollars 1$2.000.00). Each day such violation shall
continue OT be pennitted to continue. shall be deemed a separate offense, Said
Ordittance. being a penal ordinance. becomes effective ten (10) days after lIs dale
of passage by the Clly Couttcil. as provided by Section 34 of the Charter of the
Clly of College Stalion
