ORDINANCE NO. 2765
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10, "TRAFFIC CODE", OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, BY AMENDING
CERTAIN SECTIONS AS SET OllT BELOW: PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE,
DECLARING A PENALTY: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS,

That Chapter 10, "Traffic Code", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of College
Station, Texas, be amended as set out in ExhibIt "A", attached hereto and made a
part of this ordinance for all purposes
That If any prOVISions of any sectIon of this oTdinance shall be held to be void or
unconstltultonal, such holdittg shall in no way effect Ihe validity of the remaining
provisions or sections of Ihis ordinance, which shall remain m full force and
effect.
That any person, finn, or corporation violating any of the proviSions of thts
chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviclion thereof
shall be punishable by a fine of not less than One DollaT ($1.00) nor more Ihan
Two HundTed Dollars ($200,001. Each day such violation shall conlinue or be
pennlUed to contmue. shall be deemed a separate offense. Said Ordinance, bemg
a penal ordmance, becomes effective ten (10) days after its publlcalton in the
newspaper, as provided by Section 34 of the Chaner of the City of College
Station.

hereby amended to read as follows:
"C FOUR-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS
The Ctty hereby designates certain inlersections to be controlled by four-way slop stgns.
The designated four-way stop intersections for the City of College Slalion are described
m Traffic ContTol Device Invenlorv - Schedule II (daled August 2. 1988, as amended) on
file m Ihe office of the City Secrelary This schedule is hereby adopted and mcorporated
in this Code as ifsel out al length herem and amended to include the following four-way
stop intersections'
Castlegate Drive at Ravenstone Court/Kendal Green Circle
The schedule may be amended from time 10 time by ordinance of the City Council A
current schedule shall be mamtamed by the City Secretary at all times,"
