LEGAL DESCRIPTION
BEING a tract of land situated in the Thomas Caruthers
League,
Abstract No. 9 and the Robert Stevenson League, Abstract No. 54
in
the City of College Station, Brazos County, Texas and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod for corner on the North line of
Woodcreek Drive (a 70 foot right-of-way):
THENCE along the said north line of Woodcreek Drive, the
following courses and distances: S45.2533"W, 117.56 feet to an
iron rod for corner, said point being the beginning of a curve to
the right having a central angle of 15.5959" and a radius of
765.00 feet;
THENCE along said curve 213.62 feet to the end of said
curve, an iron rod for corner;
THENCE S60.33'05"W., 318.00 feet to an iron rod for corner,
said point being the beginning of a curve to the left having a
central angle of 10'00'00" and a radius of 960.00 feet;
THENCE along said curve 167.55 feet to the end of said
curve, an iron rod for corner;
THENCE S50.33'05"W., 3.24 feet continuing along the ..said
north line of Woodcreek Drive , to an iron rod for corner, said
point being on the east line of State Highway No. 6 (a variable
width right-of-way);
THENCE N37.53'44"W., 4.02 feet along the said east line of
State Highway No. 6 to an iron rod for corner;
THENCE N30.12'04"W., 337.39 feet continuing along the said
east line of State Highway No. 6 to an iron rod for a corner;
THENCE N44'47'11 "E., 791.16 feet leaving the said east line
of State Highway No. 6 to an iron rod for corner, said point being
