AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN OF THE CITY
OF COLLEGE STATION. TEXAS; BY AMENDING THE THOROUGHFARE PLAN MAP
FOR THE AREA BOUND BY HARVEY ROAD (SH 30) ON THE NORTH, GREENS
PRAIRIE ROAD ON THE SOUTH, SH 6 ON THE WEST, AND SH 30 ON THE EAST,
PROVIDING A SEVER. ABILITY CLAUSE. DECLARING A PENALTY; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION.

PART 2'
That the "Comprehensive Land Use Plan" of the City of College Stat:on be
amended by amending the Thoroughfare Plan Map as shown in Exhibit "A" for
the tdentlfied area and made a part of this ordinance for all purposes
That ~fany pmwsions of any section of this ordinance shall be held to be void or
unconstttuttonal, suoh holding shall tn no way effect the validity of the remaining
prows~ons or sections of tl~s ordinance, which shall remmn m full force and
effect.
PART 3
That any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provlstons of tMs
chaplet shall be deemed guilty of a rmsdemeanor, and upon eonwetlon thereof
shall be punishable by a fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars {$25.00} nor
more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000 00) Each day such vtolatton shall
continue or be perrmtted to continue, shall be deemed a separate offense Said
Ordinance. being a penal ordinance, becomes effective ten (10} days aRer its date
of passage by the Ctly Council, as prowded by Section 35 of the Charler of the
City of College Station

That the "Comprehensive Land Use Plan" of the C~ty of College Station, Texas. is hereby
amended by amending the College Station Thoroughfare Plan Map by adopting the thoroughfare
plan as shown below (and larger verszon attached) Spectfically. the changes consist of'
· Realignment and redesignation (nunor arterial) of Linda Lane
· Redestgnatlon (minor arterial) of Copperfield Parkway
· Realignment of Bird Pond Road.
· Extension and designauon (major collector) of Pale Road.
· Extension and redesignation (major collector) of North Forest Parkway
· Reahgnment and designation (nunor collector) of Nunn Jones Road
· Realignment and designation (minor collector) of Tonkaway Lake Road
· Addiuon of unnamed east-west collector between SH 30 and Lmda Lane extension
· Removal of portion and redesignation (minor collectorl of the remainder of Emerald
Parkway
