AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT THE WILLIAMS CREEK SUBDIVISION SANITARY
SEWER MASTER PLAN IN ACCOPd)ANCE WITH CHAPTER 9 SECTION 12 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION. TEXAS
WHEREAS, Williams Creek Subdivision is a subdivision consisting of I 11 acres located
at the southeast comer of Greens Prairie Road East and Rock Prairie Road, and
WHEREAS, Wtlhams Creek Subdivision is located on property that iq within a Rural
Residential Subdivision ("A-OR"! zomng district, and
WItEREAS. Chapter 9. Section 12 of the Code of Ordinance.- of the City of College
Station, Texas require.', that rural residential subdivisions within an A-OR zoning district prepare
a ,,amtary sewer master plan for lmplementatio,~ of a future gravity sewer system, and
WHEREAS. Chapter 9. Sectton 12 of the Code of Ord,nances of the C~ty of College
Station. Texas further requires that said sanitary sewer master plan meet all apphcable city. state.
and federal regulations; City design standards, and acceptable engmeenng standards; and
WHEREAS, a Sanitary Sewer Master Plan for Williams Creek Subdlws~on that meets all
of the above requirements was submitted to the City Council of the City of College Stauon.
Texas. for approval, and
WHEREAS, smd master plan must be adopted by ordinance by the City Council prior to
final plat approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of College Station,
Texas, now, therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION.

PART I'
That the Sanitary Sewer Master Plan for Williams Creek Subdivision meets the
requirements of Chapter 9. Section 12 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
College Stauon. Texas
PART 2.
That the City Council of the City of College Station. Texas, hereby approves the
Sanitary Sewer Master Plan for Williams Creek Subdivision
PART 3
That a copy of the Sanitary. Sewer Master Plan for Williams Creek Subdivision
shall be on file in the Office of the Development Engineer.
PASSED. ADOPTED and APPROVED this 9th day of AUGUST 2004
