AN ORDrNANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10. "TRAFFIC CODE". OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF TIlE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS. BY AMENDING
CERTAIN SECTIONS AS SET OUT BELOW; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE,
DECLARING A PENALTY, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS
PARTI
2'hat Chapter 10, "Traffic Code", of the Code of Ordinances of thc City of
College Slalion, Texas, be amended as set out in Exhibit "A", anachad hereto and
made a part ofthts ordinance for all purposes
PART2
That if any pwvlslons of any secllon of this ordinance shall be held to be void or
unconstltutmnal, such halding shall in no way effect the vahd~ty of the remaining
provisions or sections of this ordinance, which shall remain in full force and
effect
PART3.
That any person, firm, or corporation vtolatmg any of the provisions of th~s
chapter shall be deemed hable for a civil offense and, upon a finding of hablhty
thereof, shall be punished by a c~vil penalty of not less than One Dollar ($1 001
nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500 00). Said Ordinance becomes
effective at least ten (10) days from the date of its passage by the City Council, as
provided by Section 35 of the Charter of the City of College Station.

That Chapter 10, "Traffic Code", Seclmn 4 E{3){b). '~NO PARKING ANYTIME", of the Code
of Ordinances of the C~ty of College Station, Texas, ~s hereby amended, by adding paragraph
(xxxfi0 as set out hereafter to read as follows
"On the south sxde of Suffolk Avenue, from 65 t~et east of its intersection with Pershing
Avenue and exten~lmg west 350 feet."
