The City Council may or may not attend the Senior Advisory Committee Meeting.

III. Welcome and introduction of newly appointed members of the Senior Advisory
Committee.
IV. Approval of minutes from January 28, 2019 meeting
V. Frank Duchmasclo will report on Senior Age Demographics with Katy and ask for
Awareness Sub-committee group reports
VI. Presentation, possible action and discussion on sub-committee appointments

regarding current and upcoming programs and events

March 15 – Beginning Jewelry Making Class 3-5 p.m,
March 20 - EH Lunch Lecture “Aviation History of BCS” by Johnny Keown
March 27- Aging in Place Lecture Series by Alec Moreno
March 27 – Lunch & Learn “Stroke Education” by Micah MacDaniel
March 28 – Senior World Passport Program 2-3 p.m.
March 28- Monthly Dance
VIII. Presentation, discussion and possible action on future agenda items: A Committee
member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A
statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be
given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an
agenda for a subsequent meeting.
IX. Adjourn
