HomeMy WebLinkAboutUBI 2018 MARCH_APRILPayment options no longer available
include night drop-off at Utility Customer
Service (effective March 19) and the use
of e-checks for one-time payments, which
will now require the use of a debit or
credit card.
The outage hotline will also not change. If
you have an electric, water or wastewater
outage or emergency, have your account
number ready and call 855.528.4278.
We will still offer auto-leave on, but it
covers all services. The electric and water
only option will no longer be available.
Utility Customer Service thanks our
customers in advance for their patience
as we shift to the new portal. The hold
time for calls and the lines may be a little
longer as we all make this transition, but
we will do our best to serve everyone as
quickly as possible.

A fter more than two decades, it’s
time to replace College Station
Utilities’ online billing system. Like any
change, it will require effort by you and
our staff — but together we can do it.
There will soon be a new Citizen’s Self
Service online billing system. The website
will remain epay.cstx.gov, but the portal
will be different and your bill will also
have a new look. Flip to the back of this
sheet to view an example of how the
new bill will be laid out. When you
receive this newly designed bill you’ll
need to create a new username and
password. There will be no change or
interruption to your current services
during this transition. Your rates, due
dates, deposit requirements, budget
billing, SimpleBills, and cut-off process
will remain the same.
You may still pay with a bank draft, debit
or credit card, by phone, or in person.
Automatic payments with a bank
draft will continue as normal, but if
you use a debit or credit card, you
must re-enroll at epay.cstx.gov after
receiving your newly designed bill.You
will need to make a payment on the utility
account to enroll in automatic payments.
