MEMBERS PRESENT: Acting Chairman Brochu, Commissioners Sawtelle,
Wendler & Stewart
MEMBERS ABSENT: Chairman Kaiser, Vice Chairman MacGilvray and
Commissioner Dresser
STAFF PRESENT: Director of Planning Mayo & Planning Technician

AGENDA ITEM N0. 1. Approval of Minutes - meeting of November i6,
1986.
Mr. Wendler made a motion to approve the minutes; Mr. Stewart seconded the motion
which carried unanimously (4-0).
AGENDA ITEM N0. 2. Hear visitors.
No one spoke.
AGBNDA ITEM N0. 3. 86-306: Preliminary Plat - Barron Park
Subdivision.
Mr. Mayo located the land represented on the plat, identified the zoning a:; C-l,
stated the conditions listed on the Presubmission Conference report had been included
on the plat being considered at this meeting, and informed the Commission i;hat staff
recommends appraval of the plat as shown.
Mr. Stewart made a motion to approve the plat as submitted; Mr. Wendler seconded the
motion which carried unanimously (4-0).
AGENDA ITEM N0. 4. 86-215: Final Plat - Barron Park Subdivision.
Mr. Mayo pointed out this final plat is identical to the preliminary plat ,just
approved and explained that due to scheduling difficulties during the holiday season
between Thanksgiving and New Years, both the preliminary plat and final plat are
being considered at the same meeting. He added that staff recommends approval of
this final plat as submitted.
Mrs. Sawtelle made a motion to approve this final plat as submitted; Mr. Si;ewart
seconded the motion which carried unanimously (4-0).
AGBNDA ITEM N0. 5. Other business.
Mr. Brochu mentioned the preliminary staff report included in the packets regarding
the updating of the Comprehensive Plan, and stated that he would assume that
additional information anti perhaps discussion could take place at the next meeting.
