Commissioner Gardner stated that the landscape parking ordinance was designed to
prevent vast expanses of concrete within a project.

Commissioner Behling moved to accept the site plan with the stipulations mentioned
by Mr. Mayo.

Commissioner Sears seconded the motion, which passed by the following vote:
For: Commissioners Behling, Sears, $ailey, Watson, Chairman Maher
Against: Commissioner Gardner ~
Absent from the room: Commissioner Hazen '~,.
Agenda Item No.4--Adjourn.
Mayor Halter declared the meeting adjourned as did Chairman Maher.
