Hon. Mayor and City Council
City Hall
College Station, Texas
Gentlemen:
I am the present owner of Lots One and Two and 15 feet off the South-
west side of Lot Three and a strip of land 7-1/2 feet by 115 feet along the
Southeast end of said Lots One, Two and Three, all in Block One, COLLEGE
PARK ADDITION, to the City of College Station, Brazos County, Texas.
At the present time this property that I have above described is zoned
as residential No. One.
It would greatly beneficial to me if the classification of this prope rty
was changed to apartment house district No. Three and I feel if you will
carefully investigate the matter, you will find that such change of classifi-
cation will not injure or work hardship on anyone in the vicinity of this
property and I, therefore, respectfully request that you consider this
proposed change and take the necessary steps to so change the present
zoning classification of such property. •
I will be happy to furnish you with any additional information or to
assist you in this connection in any way possible.
Yours .v-ry truly,
