WINNERS ANNOUNCED IN CITY’s 70th BIRTHDAY ART CONTEST
Awarded by the Historic Preservation Committee
COLLEGE STATION, TX - The City of College Station Historic Preservation Committee announced the winners of the City’s 70th Birthday Art Contest today. Elementary school children throughout
the city participated in the art contest that has been on display at the College Station Conference Center since October. The cards exhibit a variety of styles, techniques and artistic
ability. Every medium, from crayons to paper sculpture, was entered in the contest.
The four overall winners, in alphabetical order, are:
Daveon Choi
June Jeong
Saki Kamon
Anne Li Zhang
All of the entries receive a certificate signed by Mayor Ben White and a City of College Station pin. The four overall winners each receive a gift certificate to Hobby Lobby.
