The mission of the 75th Anniversary Planning Committee is to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the City of College Station, home of Texas A&M University, by celebrating the past, honoring
the present and embracing the future.

Please print the agenda and documents out and bring with you to the meeting.

.Recommended display time: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Food and restroom accommodations for entrants and possibly viewers
Recommend limiting to pre 70’s cars
Sections for: 20’s and 30’s, 40’s and 50’s, 60’s to 69’s
Other displays:
1. Low riders
2. Hot rods – cars from 20’s thru 69 that have lost their identity
Communication:
1. Develop a flyer
2. Decision about a web site
Registration access on web site and/ or Address for mail in registrations
Acquiring mailing lists, email and regular mail
Publicity
6. Additional Planning and Reports related to 75th Activities
7. New Business
