2. Opening remarks from Chair Rod Thornton and Co-Chair William Smith
3. Approval of minutes
4. Presentation by the Director of Public Communications,Jay Socol, on CIP 2015 Bond
Communication and Marketing Plan
5. Discussion of CAC subcommittee public forums, led by Public Communications Department
6. Sub-Committee break-out sessions to receive data and other information from staff related to
project priorities and to discuss the possible projects to consider:
• Facilities will meet in City Hall Council Chambers
• Transportation will meet in City Hall Administrative Conference Room
• Parks and Leisure will meet in City Hall Administrative Conference Room#2
7. Sub-Committees will reconvene in Council Chambers to discuss:
• Q&A related to breakout sessions
• Sub-committee public meeting dates
• Chair's final remarks
8. Adjourn.
