(SPECIAL SESSION)
1. Call to order 9:30 a.m..
2. Approval of minutes from August 17, 1993 meeting.
Ron Ragland motioned for approval. Ed Ilschner seconded. The minutes
were unanimously approved.
3. Closed session to discuss personnel. [6252-17(2)(g)].
The Board moved to closed session to discuss the hire of a BVSWMA
Director at 9:33 a.m.
4. Action on closed session.
5. Adjournment.
