AGENDA
1) Welcome and Open Meeting
-Pledge of allegiance to the United States and Texas Flags and Invocation.
2) Public Comments Regarding Items Not On The Agenda
-Individuals who wish to address the Policy Board must fill out a Public Comment Card describing
the topic(s) they wish to address. Public Comment Cards may be obtained from Lisa Lyon of the
MPO staffprior to the start of the meeting. Please limit your comments to three minutes per topic.
Additional time will be allotted if Policy Board members have questions.
3) Minutes from the February 7, 2018 Policy Board meeting.
-Consider adoption - Action Required. (See attachment.)
4) Staff Report
• Texas Innovation Alliance
• FY 2019 -FY 2022 Transportation Improvement Program
• Regional Bicycle Plan and RELLIS
5) FY 2017 — FY 2020 Transportation Improvement Program Amendment Three
- Brazos Transit District (BTD) is requesting several TIP amendments in FY 2017 and FY 2018.
The amendments requested do not change the amount offunds being received by BTD for the fiscal
year. The amendments in FY2017 area change in the total amount of operating assistance, and
the deletion of preventive maintenance and debt service. In FY 2018, funds that were apportioned
in FY 2015 but still available for use were added in the areas of operating assistance, ADA,
preventive maintenance, debt service, short-range planning and project administration. Also in
FY 2018, funds apportioned in FY 2017 but available in FY 2018 were amended for operating
assistance, preventive maintenance and debt service. Action Required. (See attachment.)
6) Presentation on Draft Federal Legislative Action Plan
-Dr. John Nichols, Chair of the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce Transportation
Committee will present the Chamber's draft Federal Legislative Action Plan Transportation
section.
