Subject: Administrative Park Land Dedication form for November
Amanda,
Here is the only item to report at the January Parks Board meeting:
• West Park Addition Lots 9R -14R, Block 9 Final Plat (Neighborhood Zone 6, Community Zone B): this replat located
on Highlands Street in the Southside Neighborhood (current addresses 204, 300, and 304 Highlands) divides
three single- family building plots into six R -1 single family lots, so there is an increase in three additional single
family buildable areas. The Final Plat is scheduled to go to the January 3 Planning & Zoning Commission for
their consideration.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Jason •
