The meeting was called to order at 12:15om.

Fran Lamb made a motion to approve the minutes for February 2003 Regular Meeting. Ed Holdredge
seconded the motion. Motion passed.

Revenue reports were reviewed for February 2003.
Revenues for February 2003 were$ 10,053.76 versus February 2002 of$ 11,112.43.
Number of clients sewed February 2003 were 6,970 vs. February 2002 of 7,833.
Glertio Elleolge motioned to approve the revenue report. Fran Lamb second the motion.

Members of the Conference Center Advisory Committee were given copies of research from other
concerning facilities and their rate structures. The Advisory Committee was asked to review 1,e various
rate structure,A Special Meeting,to discuss a new rate structure for Conference Center will be held on
Toes' y April 1,2003 at 5:15pm.
