Report, consideration and possible action concerning the Neighborhood Issues Ad-Hoc Task Force. 7. Report, consideration and possible action concerning recruitment for HPC. 8. Presentation on historic districts. 9. Committee and staff report of pertinent past and upcoming community events pertaining to historical interests. Past: May 5 th, Wednesday: College Station Exploring History Lunch Lecture, “Exploring Brazos Valley Hispanic History,” College Station Conference Center, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. May 6 th, 7 th, and 8 th: Texas Historical Commission Conference in Fort Worth, Texas. Project Updates: 10. Report on College Station Exploring History Series topics and dates. 11. Discussion and possible action on future agenda items - A Historic Preservation Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting. 12. Adjourn. The building is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available.
