Call to order
1. : Sarah Adams, Chair, called the meeting to order with a quorum present at
10:05 a.m.
Requests for absences of members
2. : Bahman Yazdani sent in a request for absence.
James Batenhorst made a motion to approve the absence request submitted, and Randy
Matson seconded the motion. The vote was called. All were in favor, and the motion
passed unanimously.

FH1, Lot 54, Spaces 11 & 12 (Foley, Family #40)
. Mr. Robert Foley, family member for
variance request, presented this item to the Committee. Discussion followed, and no action
was taken.

Ross Albrecht, Forestry/Urban Landscape Manager, presented this item to the
committee. Discussion followed. Sara Mirza made a motion to approve changes to the
College Station Code of Ordinances, Chapter 1 Section 29, Sub-Section H, paragraph 4
and 5 to be presented to City Council. Roger Reese seconded the motion. The vote
was called. All were in favor, and the motion passed unanimously.
