1. Call to order.
2. Requests for absences of members.
3. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the approval of Cemetery Advisory
Committee minutes:
- January 13, 2009 Regular Meeting Minutes
4. Administering the Oath of Office and Swearing in of new and reappointed committee
members. (Wallace)
5. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the Memorial Cemetery of College Station
Pro Forma.
6. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding the Memorial Cemetery marketing
efforts and dedication event planning.
7. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the re-location of existing interments from
TAMU property to the Memorial Cemetery of College Station.
8. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on construction update/tour of the Memorial
Cemetery of College Station.
9. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding a variance request to place a
footstone in the College Station Cemetery, Section H, Lot 17, Spaces 5 & 6 (Conner,
Family #362).
10. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Committee Member
may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific
factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation
shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
11. Hear visitors.
12. Adjourn.
