3. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the approval of Cemetery Advisory
Committee minutes:
- October 23, 2007 Regular Meeting Minutes
4. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the logos, symbols, wording, and other
decorations to be included in Phase I of the Memorial Cemetery of College Station.
5. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the CSC

Memorial Cemetery of College Station.
7. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Committee
Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of
specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any
deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a
subsequent meeting.
