1. Call to order.
2. Requests for absences of members.
3. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the approval of Cemetery Advisory
Committee minutes:
-April 19, 2007 Cemetery Committee Meeting Minutes
4. Presentation, possible action, and discussion with Edwards and Kelcey on amenities in
Phase I of the new municipal cemetery.
5. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the history of variance requests.
6. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the rules and regulations for both of
the municipal cemeteries.
7. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Committee
Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of
specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any
deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a
subsequent meeting.
8. Hear visitors.
9. Adjourn.

be held on the 15th day of May 2007 at 12:15 p.m., College Station Conference Center, 1300 George
