1. Call to order.
2. Requests for absences of members.
3. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the approval of Cemetery Advisory
Committee minutes:
-March 20, 2007 Cemetery Committee Meeting Minutes
4. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding recommendations for amenities to be
included in Phase I of the new municipal cemetery.
5. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on proposed rules and regulations for the new
municipal cemetery.
6. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on proposed naming of the new municipal
cemetery.
7. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Committee Member
may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific
factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall
be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
8. Hear visitors.
9. Cemetery Meetings Calendar:

be held on the 27th day of March 2007 at 11:30 a.m.., College Station Conference Center, 1300 George
Bush Dr., College Station, Texas. The following subjects will be discussed, to wit: See Agenda.
