1.Call to order.
2.Oath of Office for new and returning Cemetery Committee members.
3.Possible action and discussion of absentee requests.
4.Hear visitors.
5. Presentation, possible action and discussion on the approval of June 27, 2006 Cemetery
Committee minutes.
6. Presentation and discussion on Cemetery Committee duties and responsibilities.
7. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on an update of the Cemetery Development Project.
8. Presentation, possible action, and discussion of the Request for Qualifications for
Cemetery Design services.
9. Presentation, possible action and discussion on future agenda items: A Board Member
may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific
factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation
shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
10. Possible action and discussion of next meeting date and time.
11. Adjourn.
