2. Presentation and discussion on Open Meetings Act, Conflict of Interest, and City Charter
by City Attorney, Carla Robinson.
3. Presentation and discussion on Understanding the Roles of Council-Manager Form of
Government, Policy Development, City Council/Staff Relations by City Manager, Kelly
Templin.
4. Presentation and discussion on Budget Policy and Process by Assistant City Manager,
Jeff Kersten and Finance Director, Mary Ellen Leonard.
5. Presentation and discussion on Open Records & Public Information, Council Agenda
Process, Parliamentary Procedure, and Council Relations Policy and Code of Ethics by
City Secretary, Tanya McNutt.
6. Presentation and discussion on Public Communications and Handling Media Inquiries by
Public Communications Director, Jay Socol.
7. Presentation and discussion regarding Economic Development by Economic Director,
Natalie Ruiz.
8. Adjourn.

licensing law), may not enter this property with a handgun that is carried openly"
