1. Call meeting to order.
2. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding possible revisions to the 2018
proposed budget related to funding for the Brazos Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau.
3. Adjourn
The City Council may adjourn into Executive Session to consider any item listed on this
agenda if a matter is raised that is appropriate for Executive Session discussion. An
announcement will be made of the basis for the Executive Session discussion.
