Budget Workshop Meeting
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Executive Session will be held in the MTF Assembly Room.
Competitive Matters {Gov't Code Section 551.086); possible action: The City Council may
deliberate, vote, or take final action on a competitive matter as that term is defined in Gov't Code
Section 552.133 in closed session. The following is a general representation of the subject
matter to be considered:
a. Power Supply and electric power marketing strategies concerning utility-related
services
3. Take action, if any, on Executive Session.
Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the FY 2016-17
Proposed Budget.

valorem tax rate; and calling two public hearings on a proposed ad
valorem tax rate for FY 2016-17.

6. Adjourn
The City Council may adjourn into Executive Session to consider any item listed on this
agenda if a matter is raised that is appropriate for Executive Session discussion. An
announcement will be made of the basis for the Executive Session discussion.
