Summary: As both the Wastewater Master Plan and the Impact Fee Study near completion, the picture is becoming clear for the Wastewater system capital projects that are required to stay ahead of development. We are nearing capacity in both our large trunk collection lines, and our treatment plants at the same time, which has created a very large capital project requirement over the next 10 years, which will require a much larger than normal annual capital investment. The purpose of this presentation is to familiarize City Council with projects that will be required over the next 10 years to stay ahead of development. Several presentations and findings are forthcoming to the IFAC and Council over the next few months for review and consideration.
