2. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the FY 2012-2013 Proposed Budget.
3. Presentation, possible action and discussion on the 2011-2012 ad valorem tax rate; and, if necessary on
calling two public hearings on a proposed ad valorem tax rate for 2012-2013.
4. Adjourn.

Notice is hereby given that a Budget Workshop Meeting of the City Council of the City of College
Station, Texas will be held on the 17th day of August, 2012 at 2:00 pm in the Carter Creek Wastewater
Training Facility, 2200 North Forest Parkway, College Station, Texas. The following subjects will be
