AGENDA
1) Welcome and Open Meeting
-Pledge of allegiance to the United States and Texas Flags and Invocation.
2) Public Comments regarding items not on the agenda
-Individuals who wish to address the Policy Board must fill out a Public Comment Card
describing the topic(s) they wish to address. Public Comment Cards may be obtainedfrom
Lisa Lyon of'the MPO staff prior to the start of the meeting. Please limit your comments
to three minutes per topic. Additional time will be allotted if Policy Board members have
questions.
3) Minutes from the August 2, 2017 Policy Board meeting.

4) Staff Report
• Texas Innovation Alliance
• FM 2818 Corridor Study
• FHWA Non -TMA Program Review (See Attached Schedule)
5) FY 2017 — 2020 Transportation Improvement Program Amendment One
-With the addition of the Bryan/College Station MPO 10 year Category Two Funding
Program into the Texas Unified Transportation Program, the MPO is required under the
FAST Act to amend the Transportation Improvement Program to be "in accordance " with
statewide planning documents. Since the TIP covers the period between 2017 and 2020
the TIP is being amended to include the FM 2818 projects between University Drive (FM
60) and Wellborn Road (FM 2154) that have been combined by TxDOT into one project,
and the FM 158 (William J. Bryan Parkway) project between Business Route 6 and State
Highway 6. Action Required. (See attachment.)
6) Interstate 14 Resolution
-The TAC has reviewed and recommended for approval a draft joint resolution with the
MPO and the Brazos Valley Council of Governments (BVCOG) asking TxDOT to priorilize
the development of Interstate 14 through the Brazos Valley. Action Requested. (See
attachment.)

7) Texas A&M 2017 Football Season Game Day Operations
-Dr. Tim Lomax, P.E., Texas A&M Transportation Institute Research Fellow will provide
an overview of key changes to the, football game day traffic operations.
8) October 4, 2017 Policy Board Meeting
-The October Policy Board meeting is anticipated to be held as scheduled. Potential
agenda items include bylaws amendments to incorporate the Active Transportation
Advisory Panel, and acceptance of the FM 2818 Corridor Study.
