and discussion regarding an ordinance
amending Chapter 12, "Unified Development
Ordinance," Section 12-4.2, "Official Zoning
Map," of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of College Station, Texas by amending
ordinance number 2012-3404 adopted on or
about April 26, 2012 which created a PDD
Planned Developent District by making
changes to a portion of such district known
as Harper's Crossing, Block 1, Lot 2 located
at 2849 Barron Road by amending the uses
and requirements thereof.
