Mayor Ringer called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m.

The council moved into executive session at 6:05 p.m.
Aq_enda Item No. 2 - Action on closed session.
The council came back into open session at 6:21 p.m.
Councilman Crouch made a motion to approve the settlement with Tony Sullivan related
to workers compensation for a job related injury. The motion was seconded by
Councilman Brown which carried unanimously, 6-0, with Councilman Mcllhaney absent.

Mayor Ringer adjourned the meeting at 6:22 p.m.
