VIII. Presentation, possible action and discussion on Senior Services Coordinator Report
regarding current and upcoming programs and events

• December 14: Holiday Open House/ IOa.m.-12p.m. (Greeters Needed)
• December 15: Christmas Dance/ 7-9 p.m.
• January 2: Registration begins for BV Senior Games
IX. Presentation, discussion and possible action on future agenda items: A Committee
member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A
statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be
given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an
agenda for a subsequent meeting.
